CCPC Summer Solstice Outdoor Celebration
 
CCPC Summer Solstice Outdoor Celebration Wednesday, June 21 from 6 to 8 pm @ Cumberland Park Pavilion, 1740 Cumberland Rd. Cleveland Heights 44118. With summer arriving it’s time to get outdoors and spend some quality time with your fellow progressive activists! CCPC will provide food and drinks but if you would like to bring something to share that would be great. The pavilion has picnic tables but if you’d prefer, bring your most comfortable lawn chair. Aside from the usual short speeches by candidates and elected officials this meeting has no political agenda. The agenda is have fun and enjoy the longest day of the year!

Legal Aid Society of Cleveland Unionization Effort
 
Our brothers and sisters at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland have begun the process of forming a union. On Tuesday they received some good news. Management has agreed to voluntarily recognize, pending a Card Check Recognition Agreement, Hope this part of the process goes well!
