Our Great Loss

As many of you already know, the Northeast Ohio activist community lost Matt Kuhns last weekend. Matt worked tirelessly to make the world a better place and graciously lended his enormous talents, creativity, time and thoughtfulness to many causes. Matt was a good human, a good friend and a good activist who can never be replaced. We know the best way we can honor him is by continuing his work together. We will let you know when memorial services are scheduled.

Our Great Victory and You

Progressive Dave Brock Succeeds Shontel Brown as Cuyahoga County Democratic Party Chair

In some ways it’s still hard to believe that CCPC member Dave Brock actually won last Saturday’s election and is now the Chair of the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party. And yet it really isn’t because so many of you made it happen. It was those of you who ran for the Central Committee and won and were there Saturday to vote for Dave and to cheer him on to victory who made it happen. And It was those of you who made calls and / or wrote postcards for Dave who made it happen. To those of you who participated in this amazing grassroots campaign, thank you very much for making last Saturday one of the greatest days in the history of the Cuyahoga County Progressive Caucus!
